Karmapa’s birthday to be marked by prayers for our world

Thaye Dorje, His Holiness the 17th Gyalwa Karmapa, has requested that his birthday, 6th May, be dedicated to prayers for our world during this challenging time.

There will be a traditional ceremony at Karmapa International Buddhist Institute (KIBI) in Delhi, in which 500 butter lamps will be lit.
