Karmapa Public Course 2025: Part 2
During the final days of this year’s Karmapa Public Course at the Karmapa International Buddhist Institute (KIBI), the participants continued to receive Dharma teachings from Thaye Dorje, His Holiness the 17th Gyalwa Karmapa, His Eminence Jamgon Kongtrul Rinpoche, Venerable Lama Jampa Thaye, and Venerable Khenpo Lobsang.
On the afternoon of the last day, Karmapa bestowed the empowerment of Avalokiteshvara (Tib: Chenresig), the meditation aspect embodying the enlightened compassion of all Buddhas, to the gathered practitioners.
The Karmapa Public Course, held at KIBI every year in March, provides practitioners from around the world with a great opportunity to deepen their understanding of the Buddha Dharma.
