Kagyu Monlam 2024, Part 3 (Photos)

January 9, 2025

The 22nd Kagyu Monlam, held under the Bodhi Tree in Bodh Gaya, was concluded by Thaye Dorje, His Holiness the 17th Gyalwa Karmapa, on the afternoon of the 21st of December, 2024, with a tsok offering and the recitation of auspicious prayers. The last session took place in an extremely joyful atmosphere, as the gathered practitioners chanted the concluding Tashi prayers with great enthusiasm, while a rain of flowers fell.

Once again, on the last day of Karmapa’s stay at Karma Temple, many Rinpoches, lamas and representatives of various Dharma communities took the opportunity to seek an audience with Karmapa. He granted blessings and Dharma advice to countless monastic and lay groups of practitioners and individuals, from both East and West.
