Wellington Diamond Way Buddhist Center
The Wellington Diamond Way Buddhist center was founded in 2007. Diamond Way Buddhism New Zealand is part of an international network of 650 meditation centres in more than 50 countries around the world in the Karma Kagyu tradition of Tibetan Buddhism. The centres were founded by Lama Ole Nydahl according to the wishes of the 16th Karmapa. They are now under the guidance of Thaye Dorje, His Holiness the 17th Gyalwa Karmapa.
Our centers consist of people and families working in full-time jobs, and incorporating Diamond Way Buddhist teachings and meditation into their daily lives.
