Dhagpo Brest is a 1901 non-profit association under the auspices of the Thaye Dorje, His Holiness the 17th Gyalwa Karmapa, and Kunzig Shamar Rinpoche, under the spiritual authority of the congregation Karmé Dharma Chakra, recognized by the state.

Those who wish to discover Dhagpo Brest are welcome before each meditation session and especially on Saturdays from 10:30 am to 12:00 pm.

Monday from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm - Guided meditation, non-distraction of the mind. Open to all.

Tuesday from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm - Guided meditation, non-distraction of the mind. Open to all.

Wednesday from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm - Practice of Chenrezig guided in French, development of love and compassion. Practice open to those who have been taught.

Saturdays from 9 am to 10 am - Practice of Chenrezig in Tibetan, open to those who have received instruction.

Saturday from 10:30 am to 11:30 am - Guided meditation, non-distraction of the mind. Special session for beginners and open to all.

Saturday from 11:30 to 12:00 - Welcome and Q & A session.

Saturday from 2 to 3 pm - Guided meditation with visualization of Shakyamuni Buddha.
