Our Buddhist group meets once a week for a guided meditation on the 16th Karmapa. The Buddhist meditation classes are suitable for all who wish to learn to meditate. We have a small library with Buddhist books and magazines that regular members are welcome to use. For newcomers there is a short introduction to Buddhism, which gives an overview of Buddhism and how the Diamond Way fits into the overall Buddhist structure. There is then a brief instructions on how to meditate before the main focus of the evening, the 16th Karmapa meditation.

We regularly hold Diamond Way courses on Buddhism and Buddhist meditation classes, guided by experienced practitioners and travelling teachers appointed by Lama Ole Nydahl. All weekly guided meditation classes are free of charge.
