Constance Diamond Way Buddhist Center
The Buddhist Center Constance was founded in 1984. It was one of the first centers in the border triangle of Germany, Switzerland and Austria connected through the Lake of Constance. The house, which is built in Art Nouveau style in 1896, is called "Zur Flora" and had been the childhood home of an old lady of the first hours of Buddhism in Constance. And since the early 80s it was a common desire to settle Buddhism there. In 1999 this wish could be realized by private purchase and inheritance. Since 2010 the house belongs to the foundation.
The house is situated in the city center and is just a minute's walk from Lake of Constance.
It offers the opportunity to meet real-life Buddhism and practice Buddhism like all Diamond Way centers do.
The collective work in the border triangle is deepening and getting better connecting in the future.
