Austin Diamond Way Buddhist Center
The Diamond Way Buddhist Center of Austin was founded in 1996 on behalf of Lama Ole Nydahl. Diamond Way Buddhism offers practical and effective methods to work with mind in the modern West. With an accessible style, it works with people’s confidence and desire, using every situation in life to develop fearlessness and joy. We always present a basic introduction for newcomers, and the meditations are guided in English.
We have Public Meditation Programs on Sundays at 11:00am and Fridays at 7:00pm. 10 minute talks are followed by a guided meditation on the 16th Karmapa.
